The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner was the person with whom the deceased was last seen and the matter is still under investigation with the FSL, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
