The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The police got information that in the shop namely Guddu Paan Dukan some persons are forging the permit of the vehicles. On seeing the police three persons started to flee away. The petitioner was also arrested, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On search from the shop of Guddu Paan Dukan many papers were recovered. The petitioner is said to have forged illegal tax, retail invoice with the help of Mahesh Yadav and Guddu Kumar. The petitioner is in jail since 24.05.2015.

No.30720 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 24.05.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015.
