ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.26 of 2019 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the house of one Dharmendra Sahani. Having considered the facts and circumstances and that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on
