The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that she got information that her daughter was killed by her husband and sister-in-law because her husband has illicit relation with the petitioner, Minta Devi. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The victim herself consumed poison. The petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased and she is living in her own house. The petitioner is in jail since 04.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
