The petitioner has filed this writ petition for setting aside the order dated 26.12.2014, passed in Ceiling Preemption Revision Case No.103 of 2008 by the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur.

It appears that the petitioner has got alternative remedy to present the case before the Bihar Land Tribunal against the order of the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur.

In view of the fact aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file case before the Bihar Land Tribunal. Prayer is allowed. The writ petition is disposed of as
