2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(2)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per prosecution case, 120 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from a motorcycle. This petitioner is alleged to have managed to fled away from the spot.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of disclosure made by co-accused person.
