SINHA) Date: 03-07-2015 Learned counsel for the appellant-wife says that appellant does not want to press the appeal filed against the withdrawal of the petition for restitution of conjugal rights as husband has now filed petition for divorce and the petition has already been transferred from Civil Court, Saran, Chapra to Civil Court, Patna. In view of the request made, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn but the maintenance application be considered along with the divorce case for grant of maintenance from the date of filing of the petition.
