JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 The petitioner has filed the present application for modification of order dated 14.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26385/2019 to the extent allowing the petitioner to furnish the bail bond inasmuch as pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26385/2019, the petitioner did not furnish the bail bond under wrong impression and accordingly, the modification is required for furnishing fresh bail bond. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner vide Annexure-1, had confirmed the provisional bail granted earlier observing that the bail bond furnished by the petitioner in the court below earlier, shall be treated to be bond furnished pursuant to the order whereas no bond was furnished.

The petitioner is directed to furnish bail bond within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order subject to deposit of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) in the District Legal Services Authority, Sitamarhi.
