JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.3.2019, passed in CWJC No. 5867 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram and the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Rohtas at Sasaram, have jointly passed an order dated 15.4.2021, rejecting the claim of the petitioners, hence, it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds that the order of this Court dated 27.3.2019 has stood complied with, nonetheless, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition, while granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.4.2021, in case they are aggrieved by the same.
