Patna High Court MA No.137 of 2012 dt.15-01-2015 2/2 Chandra Mishra, learned Additional District Judge-VI-CumClaim Tribunal, Patna in Claim Case No. 428 of 2008.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Interlocutory Application No. 9657 of 2014 as well as the Appeal on undertaking to satisfy the Award, as imposed by the Claim Tribunal, within a period of one month from today.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, the Interlocutory Application No. 9657 of 2014 and the Appeal, both, are hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
