2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 383 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 126(2), 115(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. He is alleged to have shot at the victim which has resulted in his death.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2024.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is the main
