JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 1416 of 2015 arising out of Inarwa P.S. Case No. 08 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30530 of 2014 with following observations:- "The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33132 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2 / 2 preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order failing which the petitioner would be entitled to renew his prayer for bail."

It is contended that till date even charges have not been framed. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 25th February, 2014.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in Tr. No. 1416 of 2015 arising out of Inarwa P.S. Case No. 08 of 2014.
