JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Although, petitioner is name in the first information report but specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Sunil Yadav. Moreover, having more or less, similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
