The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 506, 323, 354, 376, 511, 354 (B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act. Taking into consideration the statement of the victim girl, the statement of grand-mother under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has molested the young girl aged about 10 years, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
