JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with others has caused death of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 23.11.2014. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner's bail application was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.2.2015. There is specific allegation against the petitioner for committing the alleged occurrence. F.I.R. is the dying declaration. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am

Any how, the trial court is directed to take necessary steps to expedite the trial in connection with Pakribarawan P. S. Case no. 243 of 2014 and conclude the same preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
