Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A), 363, 364, 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other in-laws committed the murder of daughter of informant due to non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband and there was cordial relation between the husband and the wife but the deceased had some mental problem and she left the house in anger and committed suicide. Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2020 and investigation in

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is husband and deceased died within seven years of her marriage and there is demand of dowry.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and the fact that deceased died within seven years of marriages under unnatural circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
