Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar (Basudeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 407 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code in which the Charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased and Vinita were assaulted by all the accused persons and in which Vinita sustained three injuries. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38978 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the fact that the deceased has sustained one injury that too bruise caused by a hard blunt substance, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Basudeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 407 of 2022.
