The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 42 of 2015/685 of 2013 arising out of Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 341 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20th March, 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48895 of 2013 on merits.
I find no reason to take a different view in the
