12.08.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
Considering that the Petitioner is named in the First Information Report in serious case of robbery, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30653 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, and the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
