JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused but he has not been put on T.I.P though he is in jail custody since 16.12.2013. Moreover, it appears that except the above stated confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nawada in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S.Case No. 84 of 2013.
