JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-07-2022 Mr. Abhinav, the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Danapur, Patna is present with Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned G.P.5. He has informed that pursuant to the last order dated 11.07.2022 passed by this court, he had taken up the investigation by forming the Special Investigation Team (in short the "S.I.T."). In course of investigation, certain materials were collected which indicated that the boy may be found at Shahadara (Delhi). He has informed this court that the S.I.T. has recovered the boy and he is being brought to Patna
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.710 of 2022(4) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 and his father is also accompanying him.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, this court finds that this application has become infructuous. The application is, thus, dismissed as having become infructuous. This court gives a word of 'appreciation' to Mr. Abhinav, Assistant Superintendent of Police, Danapur, Patna. This application stands disposed off accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J.)
