The petitioner has been in custody since 20.03.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 189/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the bag and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
