JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation on about ten persons including the petitioner to have physically assaulted the son-in-law of the informant causing his death. It is further contended that, from perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that not all but certain persons out of the ten specifically assaulted the deceased and tried to strangulate him but names of such persons have not been disclosed regarding that specific overt act.
