The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that on 14.12.2014 the petitioner along with nine other persons came to his filed and assaulted his grand mother, Sudama Devi and aunt, Nisha Devi. It is further alleged that on 15.12.2014 while his father was coming along with his sister, Renu Kumari, for taking dinner the accused persons, namely, Anil Mandal, son-in-law of Suresh Mandal, Manoj Mandal and Neeraj Mandal came and caught his father. Anil Mandal and Mangla Mandal made indiscriminate firing causing death of his father and also injured his sister. There is no allegation that petitioner was present at the time of occurrence

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30945 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 which took place on 15.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 293 of 2014.
