JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 The learned counsel for the Accountant General as also the learned counsel for the State submit that the pension payment order, as per 6th & 7th Pay Revision, has already been issued and the actual payment shall be made within a period of four weeks from today.

Having regard to the submissions and the statement made in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent State and on behalf of the Accountant General, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition, however, with a direction to the respondents to make payment of the revised pension as also

Patna High Court CWJC No.954 of 2018(6) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 the arrears thereof within a period of four weeks from today, failing which penal action shall be taken against the erring officials, upon the petitioner bringing the said fact to the notice of this Court, by filing an interlocutory application. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
