2.The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 115(2), 352, 351(2)(3), 3/5 of BNS.

3. The allegation against petitioner is to establish physical relationship with informant on false pretext of marriage. The informant said to be aged about 24 years.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner solemnized marriage with informant and in support of his submission learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34210 of 2025(2) dt.22-05-2025 2/2 counsel referred Annexure-2 of the bail petition which is at page -14. It is submitted that in view of same no case is made out against this petitioner who is a man of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP, opposed the prayer of bail.

6. In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as petitioner solemnized marriage with informant, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IX or in-charge Bhagalpur /concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Bhagalpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
