Considering the nature of incriminating materials available in the case diary against the accused above-named, and the fact that he had been absconding for a fairly long period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35718 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 time, this Court is of the view that at this stage of investigation, the accused above-named cannot be allowed to go on bail.
