Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 04.03.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 32C of 2013 (S.C. No. 894 of 2013) pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.

However, the sum of the Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,200/- (One Thousand Two Hundred) per month to be deposited by the Petitioner in the Court below in favour of the Complainant.
