The petitioners are in custody since 17.2.2015 in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case no. 321 of 2013 for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that F.I.R.
was lodged against unknown.
During investigation the names of the petitioners have appeared in the confessional statement of the co-accused Shyam Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have not been put on T.I.P. In similar facts and circumstances, co-accused Santosh Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 11594 of 2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32784 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2 / 2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 321 of 2013 with the following conditions :
1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.
2. The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
3. The petitioners will be well represented in the court.
4. In case of absence on two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
