IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA

CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS JURISDICTION No.384 of 2016 ====================================================== Suresh Kumar Meghani .... .... Appellant/s

Versus

Jamiyat Lal Meghani & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Appellant/s : Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jha For the Respondent/s : Mr.

====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jha for the petitioner.

This application has been filed for direction to the Court concerned to amalgamate three suits.

It is settled principles of law that High Court never exercises original jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is supervisory jurisdiction that can be exercised administratively as well as judicially. So far judicial side is concerned, nothing is there before this Court so as to examine the legality or otherwise of any order passed by Civil Court. In my opinion, therefore, for the relief claimed by the petitioner, this application is not maintainable. Accordingly, it is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate forum by initiating appropriate proceeding. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Saurabh/- U
