Patna High Court CWJC No.10718 of 2020(2) dt.06-09-2021 2/2 petitioner again filed the present writ application on the same facts. He further submits that the case number of the first writ application has been provided, which is CWJC No. 10237 of 2020. He, accordingly, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.
