2. The instant writ application has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ nature of certiorari for quashing the letter bearing Memo No.282-2 dated 25.02.2019 issued by Anchaladhikari, Pipra by which directed to Officer-In-Charge, Pipra for taking legal action against the petitioner on the ground petitioner having no documents relating to title and possession of the land bearing Mouza-Nirmali Khata No. 103, Thana No.226, Touzi No.544, Khesra No.97, Area-60 decimal

Patna High Court CWJC No.10707 of 2020(9) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 rather respondent no.6 having registered sale deed of the disputed land and further issue direction to respondent consider the case of the petitioner on the ground petitioner having title and possession of the disputed land since date of the sale deed dated 05.06.1905 and further give other legal consequential benefit to the petitioner."

3. After having gone through the averments made in this application and the reliefs sought by this petitioner, this Court finds that the issue raised by the petitioner is premature for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed.
