The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trail No. 346 of 2021 arising out of Fathua P.S. case No. 103 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51901 of 2021.

In compliance of the order dated 12.07.2023, a status report has been received by which it appears that this case is fixed for prosecution evidence and two out of six witnesses have been examined.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38224 of 2023(4) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the period of six months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
