The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No.123 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 143, 144, 145, 447, 498, 186, 341, 323, 353, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 427, 436, 511, 504, 506 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that coaccused persons including the petitioner were making nuisance at the gate of Kathara O.P. as one Amarjeet Choudhary died in police custody.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Learned counsel

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial, Ist, Vaishali in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No.123 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
