No. 66953 of 2021 by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the first and last paragraphs of the order dated 29.04.2022, the reference "Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 531 of 2021" has wrongly been typed in place of "Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P) P.S. Case No. 531 of 2020". In view of the above submission, in the first and last paragraphs of the order dated 29.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66953 of 2021, let the reference " Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 531 of 2021" be corrected to be read as "Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 531 of 2020" and also let the time to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 37075 of 2022(3) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 surrender of the above petitioner pending in the Court of Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 531 of 2020.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
