The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No.153 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 332, 333, 431, 269, 270 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and other named accused persons along with unknown persons have assaulted the police personnel. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
