JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order of this Court has been complied with inasmuch as the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 15.1.2019 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the State Government has also passed a reasoned order dated 18.12.2018 under the signature of the Inspector General of Police (Headquarter), Patna.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid orders.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to
