The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant was appointed receiver during pendency of Title Suit No. 14 of 2015, but the petitioner and others harvested the crop from the land for which the informant was appointed receiver.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant is known as agnate of the petitioners and due to partition dispute the accusation has been levelled. The informant had the option to file

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25065 of 2016 (2) dt.20-06-2016 appropriate petition in the Title Suit for the alleged violation. For the occurrence of 31.03.2016 at 8.00 A.M. the First Information Report was registered on 01.04.2016 at 11.30 A.M. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation in the background of nature of land dispute, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Ramayan Ram, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi (Okari O.P.)
