Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioner came and abused the informant's nephew, assaulted him and snatched ear top and chain of the informant and escaped from the scene on motorcycle. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is not known to the petitioner, but only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case. There is no recovery from the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute ground

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25066 of 2016 (2) dt.20-06-2016 for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
