JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 The learned APP for the State has submitted, by referring to the show cause filed on behalf of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur, on 27.9.2024 that all the witnesses have now been examined and the case is running on the list for orders.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the learned Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhagalpur, to conclude the trial and pronounce the judgment within a period of six months from today. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court for renewal of his prayer for bail in case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months
