The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 45/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery has been made from the sugarcane field and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33176 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 45/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
