2. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that the order under challenge contained in Memo No. 756, dated 06.08.2016 issued under the signature of the District Magistrate, Munger, is appealable before the Divisional

Patna High Court CWJC No.4042 of 2018(6) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 Commissioner, Munger Division, Munger, but inadvertently, it has been challenged before this Hon'ble Court directly. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to prefer an appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the same.

5. The present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
