Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that he along with four others mercilessly assaulted the injured persons of this case. One injured of this case sustained grievous injury on her head but it is not specific who is author of the aforesaid injury. Moreover, having similar allegation, co-accused, Sanjay Kumar Sinha @ Sanju has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
