Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 333 of 2009 arising out of Simultalla P.S. Case No. 05 of 2008 registered under Sections 302/34 and 201 of the I.P.C. Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24623 of 2013 on 06.03.2014 with observation to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months, but the trial has not yet been concluded within the stipulated time. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2009, having no criminal antecedent. The report, as called for vide Letter No. 114 dated 11.07.2015, discloses that prosecution evidence is likely to be

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District Judge, Jamui in connection with S.
