Patna High Court CWJC No.9560 of 2016 (4) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 in Appeal No. 08 of 2014, whereby he has dismissed the petitioner's appeal as not maintainable. Subsequent to the order, dated 10.01.2014, which was under challenge in Appeal No. 08 of 2014, the Madarsa Board passed an order, dated 27.03.2014, which was not under challenge in the said Appeal No. 08 of 2014. In that view of the matter, the Joint Director (Secondary Education), Education Department, Government of Bihar, dismissed the appeal. I do not find any illegality in the order impugned. This application stands dismissed.
