JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Darpa P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,379,307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and that the informant side and the accused persons are agnates, having land dispute coupled with the fact that there is counter version of the same occurrence, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33042 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Priyadarshi, J.M. Ist Class, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Darpa P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. No. 118 of 2014.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
