2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the Debt Recovery Tribunal under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act.

3. This Court does not find any merit in the present Writ Petition to entertain and grant the prayer sought for.
