The petitioner questions the election of the respondent no.7, inter alia, on grounds of bungling in votes. In my opinion, in view of the statutory remedy so available to the petitioner under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 and the Bihar Panchayat Election Rules, 2006 framed thereunder this writ petition is not maintainable. The petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse thereto.
