JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 11-02-2019 This application has been filed for review of the judgment dated 14.7.2015 passed by this Hon'ble Court in First Appeal No. 590 of 1973 against the Judgment and decree dated 21.09.1973 passed by learned Subordinate Judge-II, Gaya, in Partition Suit No. 111 of 1968 From perusal of paragraph-11 and 12 of the review petition, it appears that petitioners are seeking from this Hon'ble Court to reconsider the evidence as the same has not been properly appreciated by the Court while passing the Judgment dated 14.07.2015 passed in First Appeal No. 590 of 1973.
Patna High Court C. REV. No.291 of 2017 dt.11-02-2019 2/2 This Court is of the view that such reconsideration of evidence can not be done in review application. This review petition is accordingly dismissed. The petitioners may take appropriate remedy against the aforesaid Judgment in accordance with law.
