JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is for directing the respondents to grant compensation to the petitioner on account of illegal demolition of the house of the petitioner by the respondents, nonetheless, it is submitted that since a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 216 of 2002 is pending consideration before the learned Court of Sub-Judge-II, Sheohar, the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievance regarding award of compensation, after favourable decision is rendered in the said pending suit.
Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
